2015 Skoda Fabia shows us its interior design through a first photo, unveiled today. The small mini will combine practicality with smart solutions and a roomier cabin.
Compared to the old generation, Fabia is 8 mm shorter, but its interior length has increased by around 8 mm to 1,674 mm. This will be seen inside, where the elbow room was increased also for the front and rear passengers.
More space inside the boot also, where the total capacity was increased by 15 liters to a total of 330, the best value in the segment, as Skoda says. When the rear seats are folded down, loading capacity increases to up to 1.150 litres.
Inside the cabin higher trim levels will benefit from new Bolero infotainment system, which also features the Mirror Link technology. This allows smartphone apps to be displayed on the screen of the infotainment system, after the phone was connected through a USB cable.
There is also the Smart Gate function, which will allow the transfer through Wi-Fi of certain vehicle data such as fuel consumption, average speed, journey costs to specific applications on a smartphone for storage and mobile use.
