2015 McLaren 625C was officially unveiled today, but it concerns only the Asian clients, as it will be sold exclusively on that continent.
As its name suggests, the car is a less powered version of the 650S supercar, unveiled this year in Geneva and already on sale in Europe.
The McLaren 625C will be available in both coupe and Spider versions and will feature the classic 3.8 liter V8 twin-turbo engine, delivering 625 hp and 610 Nm between 3000 and 7000 Nm.
As you would guess, the performances are slightly down from the European version: 0 to 100 km/h takes 0.1 seconds more at 3.1 seconds, while 0 to 200 km/h is 0.4 seconds slower in 8.8 seconds. Top speed remains the same at 333 km/h for the coupe and 329 km/h for the Spider.
Hong Kong will be the first country to offer the new McLaren 625C, but other countries in Asia Pacific region will follow soon.
