BMW 4 Series and Audi A5 will have a real American competitor at the end of this summer. The 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe will reach showrooms in August, at a starting price of 38.990 USD.
The three door ATS features the same wheelbase as the sedan, meaning 109.3 inch, but has its own personality, with more sporty lines, wider track, chunky wheelarches and completely new roof, doors, fenders and trunk fenders. The car comes standard with 18 inch alloy wheels.
At 60.3 inches front and 61.7 inches rear, the two-door has a 0.8-inch wider track. Overall vehicle height is 1.1 inches lower than the Sedan.
Cadillac ATS Coupe entry-level version
The entry-level version of the ATS Coupe features the 18 inch wheels and Bose audio system. The Luxury trim level adds HID headlights, sport and electrically adjustable front seats, rear park assist and the all new CUE multimedia system.
Cadillac ATS Coupe Performance
The Performance version adds InteliBeam headlights, iluminated door handles, rain sensors, alloy pedals and a long list of safety systems, including Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist and Safety Seat Alert.
Cadillac ATS Coupe Premium
The ATS Coupe Premium trim level will offer above all head-up display system, GPS navigation, limited slip differential and the popular Magnetic Ride Control.
The ATS Coupe will be available with only two engines. As an entry-level will be used the 2.0 liter 272 hp engine, delivering 400 Nm. Top of the range option will be a 3.6-liter V6 that offers 321 bhp (239 kW) and 373 Nm of torque.
