2014 Porsche 918 Spyder is almost sold out, as the interest for the hybrid hypercar is higher and higher. The Porsche flagship is one of the fastest cars on the planet, capable of reaching 60 mph in under three seconds and a top speed of 200 mph.
All thanks to a total system power of 795 horsepower and 575 pound-feet of torque. No wonder that the car lapped the famous Nordschleife in just 7 minutes, 14 seconds.
To be sure that the car remains an exclusive piece of mobility, Porsche asked 850.000 USD on each unit and limited the production to only 918 cars.
Even in this conditions, Porsche says that the number of units available is running low, with waiting lists stretchig until spring 2015. Until now, Porsche managed to deliver 30 units out of 918. To secure a position on the waiting list, every client has to pay 200.000 USD. Also, until now, the US is the bigest market for the new Porsche 918 Spyder.
