Audi TT Sportback Concept was officially revealed in Paris Motor Show marking Audi`s intention to attack the current Mercedes CLA, a best-seller in its segment.
The car is based on the current TT so it is not much to say about the design. The front fascia comes with laser lights, a different spoiler and grille, while the back features a tailgate and some new taillights. The concept features 21 inch alloy wheels and a special body color.
A lot bigger than the standard TT, the four-door coupe concept is 4.47 meters long, 1.89 meters wide and 1.38 meters tall, with a 2.63 meters wheelbase. The wheelbase increased 12 cm and can make a more roomier atmosphere on the back seat. The two passengers sitting here will have individual seats.
Under the hood we will find an inovative 2.0 liter four cylinder TSI unit, delivering 400 hp and 450 Nm of torque. Together with a seven speed S-tronic transmission, the TT Sportback Concept can run from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. With some engineering miracles, the average fuel consumption is just 7 liters/100 km.
