Vauxhall announced it will extend the recall for the current Adam and Corsa models. Initially, the UK manufacturer issued a safety check for the two models, concerning the steering system.
Now, the German producer will recall all the Corsa and Adam models produced since February 2014. Vauxhall recomended that this cars should not be driven until they have the inspection done in one of its services. The specified models may also have been manufactured with the steering system part that did not meet specification and could not work.
Clients will be notified by letter from Vauxhall or by going to www.vauxhall.co.uk/recall.html and following the instructions on the website.
