After millions of cars were recalled due to a problem appeared with some airbags supplied by Japanese Takata company, Audi announces another recall for safety.
This time is not regarding the Takata recall. According to a recent press release, Audi is recalling 850.000 Audi A4 sedan models to repair an airbag that might not deploy in case of an accident. The software that opens the airbag has a software problem. Fortunately, the recall was discovered in time and no one was hurted.
Unfortunately, the recall affects the Audi A4 built between 2011 and October 2014. Audi says that the software problem will be solved in just three minutes, with no extra cost. Same difficult situation in Germany, where they are not expected to make a good impression.
