Hyundai announced the US pricing for its 2015 Sonata sedan. The medium-sized four door model will start from 21.150 USD and will include a generous list of equipment.
Among the safety equipment, we can note the standard seven airbags, including a new driver’s knee airbag, Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and a Lane Departure Warning System. The SE entry-level version features LED daytime running lights, a rear spoiler, 16-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel and a six-speaker audio system.
Top of the range Sonata Sport 2.0 T starts at 28.575 USD and features HID Xenon headlights, chrome trim and 18-inch alloy wheels. The model also has new front brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, a rear difuser and a four-tailpipe exhaust system.
Inside the cabin, new B-Max features a sport steering wheel, leather-wrapped sport seats and “3D appearance” trim. 2015 Sonata SE, Sport and Limited models are powered by a revised 2.4-liter Theta II GDI four-cylinder engine that makes 185 horsepower and 178 lb. ft. of torque.
For the Sonata Sport 2.0 T model, Hyundai offers a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. It produces 245 horsepower and 260 lb. ft. of torque.
